Jarrod is a solar specialist with over 5000 solar installations to his credit. He is a licensed electrician with Clean Energy Council Accredited Design and Installation for both Solar and Battery. Jarrod and his team have an eye for detail and aim to install systems that are both aesthetically pleasing and maximise yields. When not on roofs installing solar, Jarrod can be found on Moreton Bay, sailing the seas and casting a lure.

Ian Gittus is the founder and director of UV Power, and Sales Agent of Spark Mate Electrical. With a background in environmental advocacy, Ian has been actively involved in the solar power industry. He has sold and designed over 3000 rooftop solar systems, ranging from small 1.5kw systems to commercial 100kw systems. Ian's deep passion for renewable energy and sustainable practices drives him in his mission to make a significant impact in the fight against climate change.

Ian's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation led to the establishment of UV Power, which has now become a leading company in the renewable energy sector. According to Ian, their mission goes beyond business. It is about shaping a sustainable future and harnessing the power of renewable energy to make a real difference in the world.

With a background in administration, customer relationship management, and recruitment, and having completed studies in events management, counseling, and early childhood education, Becky brings a unique blend of skills to the UV Power team.

While Becky's recent experience has been centered around supporting children in schools and kindergartens, her passion for renewable energy has grown, particularly after starting a family. As a certified Mental Health Aware Yoga teacher and a dual Canadian and Australian citizen, Becky is proud to be part of the UV Power team, helping others achieve solar power for their homes and businesses.

Ben is a seasoned solar sales professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. With 7 years dedicated to residential solar power, Ben possesses an in-depth understanding of the intricacies involved in this sector. Ben is renowned for his resilience and positive attitude, even when confronted with challenges. Moreover, Ben's passion for renewable energy is evident in his unwavering commitment to advocating for sustainable solutions and empowering customers to embrace clean energy alternatives.

Beyond his professional life, Ben is an enthusiastic AFL fan who relishes attending matches at the Gabba to support his beloved Lions. He is also passionate about traveling and experiencing different cultures, which he believes enriches his perspective in sales and life.

With 14 years of extensive experience in the solar industry and over a decade in various energy-related roles, Malcolm is dedicated to leveraging expertise to assist homeowners in finding suitable and viable energy solutions. Their approach centers on providing knowledge, information, and education, which has proven to be a successful method in empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their energy needs.

Malcolm maintains a positive outlook on life and greatly values the exchange of diverse perspectives, continually seeking opportunities to learn from others. When not immersed in the world of energy, they enjoy spending quality time with family and indulging in sports and music events.

With over 8 years of experience in marketing, small business coaching, and the design of large scale apps utilising her knowledge of behaviour patterns and UX/UI designs, Em is the driving force behind the smooth operation of UV Power.

With a background in working for Global CX Solution companies and a genuine passion for accessibility and sustainability, Em brings a wealth of knowledge and unique insights to the team. Em has also had the opportunity to work on government projects and collaborate with companies like Microsoft on inclusivity initiatives, further enhancing her expertise in all things tech and communications.
